Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok has been generating sexualized images of women and minors on his social media platform X after users prompted it to digitally manipulate photos. This is the same chatbot that the Trump administration announced an agreement with in September, making Grok available to every federal agency at a nominal fee of 42 cents per use. 

Degrading images of children and women, digitally undressed by Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok, continue to circulate on X, despite the platform’s promise to suspend users who generate them.

The European Commission said Monday it is “very seriously looking” into allegations that Grok, the artificial intelligence tool developed by Elon Musk, is being used to generate and spread sexually explicit images involving minors.
